Inspire your pupils to get drawing with this exciting new creative project!
Pupils will work with visual artist, Lou Sumray, to use drawing as a way to explore and find out more about the human body and skeleton. This session is designed to develop cross curricular links between the Science and Art national curriculum objectives. Using a variety of materials (e.g. pencils, charcoal, pastels, graphite and so on) Lou will support pupils to create their own images, from careful observation, of the human body and skeleton.
Lou Sumray graduated from Goldsmiths in 1981. Since then she has worked in numerous school and community settings using drawing and visual art as a way of working with people of all ages.
