Teaching local history?   Exploring different materials?   Want to add a different dimension to your art teaching?

If the answer is ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then this training session may be just the thing for you.

The session will take place in the fantastic location of Armley Mills, Leeds Industrial Museum and will be delivered by local artist and weaving expert, Agnis Smallwood.  The training is designed to develop teacher’s confidence in weaving, exploring a range of materials and techniques.  There will be links made across the Maths and History curriculum so that weaving projects you may do are truly cross curricular.

For full details, please see the weave-to-learn-cpd-flyer-2016.  To book your place on the course, please visit the Leeds for Learning website.
