SUMMARY:Leeds Youth Music Festival Celebration Concert
DESCRIPTION:The Youth Music Festival Celebration Concert will involve over 500 children who will show off their talents at the Leeds First Direct Arena.\nIt will officially open the summer youth music festival which will run from the 21st June until the end of July.\nOver 500 children and young people will come together in the arena from across the city to celebrate their musical talents\, culminating in a grand finale with a specially commissioned song for the event ‘The Future’s in our Hands’. It will feature contributions from over 50 different schools in Leeds and many of LMEP’s partners including Opera North\, DJ School\, Leeds Conservatoire\, Diocese of Leeds and SAA UK. It will include the most advanced Leeds youth music groups; The city of Leeds Youth Orchestra and Leeds Youth Jazz Rock Orchestra. The programme will showcase a diverse range of music for all the family to enjoy. \nFirst Direct Arena Building\n\nFirst Direct Arena located in the vibrant city centre of Leeds\, a world-class venue with a choice of luxury function rooms and versatile spaces\, boasting a breath taking and unique design. \nThe Arena’s unique “super theatre” style configuration is designed to enhance the visitor experience\, with all seats facing the stage and high-quality acoustics providing the best experience in the UK. \nTickets\nTickets are available from Ticketmaster by clicking here.
