Tickets are priced at £4 and are available on the door or in advance using this link. \nSaturday 1st July – DJ Workshop run by DJ School UK \nWoolpack Studios. 1pm-4pm. SUMMARY:Horsforth Music Centre Open Day
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 1st July\, Horsforth Music Centre will be offering the opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to get involved with a host of FREE musical activities.\nFor accomplished (and not-so-accomplished!) players\, there will be the opportunity to join in with existing Music Centre groups\, including the Concert Band\, Adult String Orchestra Beginner Orchestra and Junior Rock Band. For total beginners as young as 3\, there are drop-in sessions including singalongs\, music and movement and body percussion. There are also special one off activities for keyboard and guitar players\, and a folk jam session! \nThe open day is part of Horsforth Walk of Art\, and there will also be the opportunity to hear the Music Centre’s Blues Band\, Jazz Band\, Salsa Band and Dixieland Jazz Band at Horsforth Farmer’s Market during the morning. \nFor full details of the sessions on offer\, please see the flyer.

DESCRIPTION:Beyond The Sea – End Of Year Concert\nThis concert will feature the South Leeds Music Centre’s junior and senior concert band\, the pop band and some selected soloists.\n\nThis concert will be a ticketed event. Tickets are available at the reception desk\, and will cost £1 each. You can invite all your friends and family\, the more the better!\n\nIf you attend the South Leeds Music Centre\, to take part in the concert as a soloist\, ask your teacher to sign you up to a specific time in the concert programme. The end of year concert will last for one hour\, and will finish with our world famous raffle!
