Through funding from the West Yorkshire Music Hub, ArtForms is delighted to be able to offer support to schools in 2025-26.

Please see below our new offer for schools, which includes information about the latest subsidies and support for Leeds schools, and the new cashback and bursary forms which will need to be used for all applications made from September 2025.

Digital Offer

ArtForms are pleased to be able to offer a fully subsidised license/subscription for Charanga, Sing Up, Sparkyard or Musical Futures to all Leeds schools. These are funded by the West Yorkshire Music Hub. The number of licenses we have to offer is limited, so please get your request in early (ideally before the summer holidays). The Stobart Sustainability Fund

The Stobart Sustainability fund is aimed at supporting community-led sustainability projects and initiatives lead by non-profit organisations, community groups and educational facilities, such as schools and colleges, to help them transform their local community through projects that tackle climate change, reduce carbon emissions or that protect and enhance the environment.

]]> Leeds Schools Music Association (LSMA) https://artformsleeds.co.uk/music/lsma/ Wed, 10 Jun 2015 15:18:40 +0000 http://artformsleeds.co.uk/?page_id=938 Read More]]> Every year, the Leeds School’s Music Association (LSMA) organises festival concerts in Pudsey Civic Hall in which schools from across the city come together to perform. These include a Christmas Concert (open to all schools) and a three day festival for primary schools in the Summer Term. Children are given the opportunity to play in various instrumental groups and sing in choirs up to 400 voices strong.

The impact of taking part in these performances enhances a young person’s music making: the effect can last a lifetime. Information about concerts and how children can take part is sent to schools and to ArtForms staff. The LSMA events are run by a committee of ArtForms and school staff.  If you work in a school and would like to join the committee or take another active role in the organisation or the running of the concerts, please contact the ArtForms office at LSMA.artforms@leeds.gov.uk or 0113 378 2850.
