										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One unexpected outcome of lockdown was an increase in the number of people of all ages and abilities getting creative.  Not only were these creative activities a way of passing the time, they were also important for the positive impact they had on mental health and well being.</p>
<p>The Leeds Cultural Education Partnership was one of 8 cultural education partnerships across the region who developed Bags of Creativity for children and young people. The bags were packed with creative activities and inspiring materials, created by 20 local artists and arts organisation, so that children and young people could get creative from home!</p>
