Let’s Dance!

17th March 2020, 1pm – 4pm, Hillside Centre

Join us for this practical dance CPD training session which will explore how dance can be delivered through after school clubs.

Dance can be an inclusive and engaging art form which helps children and young people get active. It can also be a brilliant way of engaging girls (there is a gender gap in participation in physical activity). There is research which indicates that dancing can also have a positive effect on mental health.
