Leeds Youth Opera offers young people a unique opportunity to work with industry professionals on fully staged productions with costumes, set, lighting and a full orchestra.
An LYO cast is an extremely supportive one, giving every member a chance to grow as performers at every stage of development.
We accept performers aged between 12 and 29 and rehearsals are every Saturday morning, with afternoon rehearsals for principals. Friday evening rehearsals are added in the final month before each production.
