Calling all intermediate to advanced jazz players – on Saturday 8th November, Horsforth Music Centre is holding a Jazz Workshop day. If you play a brass, woodwind or rhythm section instrument at grade 4 or above (and even if you’re a little rusty), we would love you to come along and spend the morning with players from our bands working on Dixieland, Big Band and Latin Jazz repertoire in a friendly, low pressure environment. You’ll have the support of experienced Music Centre teaching staff (including our brilliant bandleader Enrico Marchesi) and we’ll even lend you an instrument if you need one.
