The Leeds Schools Wind Orchestra

LSWO rehearse 5.15-6.45pm on Tuesdays at Pudsey Civic Hall, LS28 5TA.

LSWO returns on Tuesday 10th September!

 

This band was formed in 2016 by the merger of Leeds Schools’ Concert Band (junior) and Leeds Youth Training Wind Band (intermediate) and includes brass, woodwind and percussion instruments.

Now renamed the Leeds Schools Wind Orchestra (LSWO) they perform a wide variety of popular, classical and film music at concerts throughout the year, and goes on a yearly residential course. We play at approximately Grade 1-4 standard, although you don’t need to have taken any exams and we do not hold auditions.
