There are still some tickets left for Leeds International Piano Competition’s brand new, interactive concerts – specially created for children in upper key stage 2. This project is supported and recommended by Leeds Music Education Partnership (LMEP).
Since Ancient Greece, music and maths have been inseparable and now, with international superstar pianist Alexandra Dariescu and London Symphony Orchestra conductor and presenter Timothy Redmond, we will be exploring that irresistible combination of notes and numbers. We are delighted to offer a subsidised schools package – coach transport to The Carriageworks, a ticket to the show, specially commissioned classroom resources and CPD for teachers – at a cost of £5 per child (adult tickets are free)
With a stage full of pianos and a concert full of music, it all adds up to a musical, mathematical extravaganza! Can we count you in?
