ArtForms Music are looking for a new Administration Officer, to help the service run smoothly, overcome problems and help colleagues in our teaching team to fulfil their roles as effectively as possible.
As an Administration Officer in the ArtForms team you’ll use your own skills and experience to support office colleagues and the wider teaching team, assisting us to develop and adopt new systems and processes both in house and as provided by the wider council. This may include delivering informal training sessions for colleagues and the wider team.
The role is integral to supporting our teaching offer to Leeds schools and academies; ArtForms has a relationship with the majority of educational settings in Leeds and the effectiveness of our admin team is an important part of the relationships we build with those settings.
The role is primarily office based (Dawson’s Corner, Pudsey), as part of our support to teaching colleagues requires us to have an open and staffed office. At times the role includes visits to schools, performance spaces in the city and to our instrument storage facility.
