STOP PRESS – CHANGE OF DATE!

Following news of the snap General Election on June 8th, BBC Music Day has been rescheduled to Thursday 15th June.  Schools are asked to host their own Ten Pieces Assemblies – and there is still opportunity to be involved. Please do sign up for these on their website – it would be fantastic if you can be a part of the UK-wide celebrations of music on the 15th June.  If the date change has an impact on your plans and you are unable to switch your events to the new date, the BBC will still do all they can to reflect your celebrations digitally – by using content you send them through the Ten Pieces online uploader – and, if at all possible, it will be broadcast on the 15th.
