Horsforth Music Centre runs a huge range of musical classes and ensembles for all ages and abilities every Saturday morning from Horsforth School, Leeds 18. The centre’s programme for 2019 begins on January 12th, and you will be able to sign up at the enrolment session on Tuesday January 8th, from 6.30-8pm.

Steel Pans – 11.15-11.55
Just Play – 11.25-12.05 – for children who are new to music, want to start playing but aren’t sure where to start. The group will mainly use keyboards, ukuleles, guitars and percussion to work on a mixture of well-known songs and maybe even some material of their own!
Strung Up – 11.30-12.10 – a first string orchestra for players who can play anything from open strings + first fingers, up to about 3 years’ experience
Drum Circle – 11.15-11.50 – all ages welcome, no experience necessary – have fun and reduce stress through the world of rhythm
Samba Squad – 12.10-12.50 – loud and lively percussion for all!
In addition, we have beginner and continuation classes for all string, woodwind and brass instruments, guitars, keyboards, ukulele, early years groups and an incredible range of bands, choirs and ensembles.
