Art, Craft and Design Conference 2017: high schools!

Pop the 12th July in your diaries!   It’s almost time for the annual Learning Improvement Art, Craft and Design Conference 2017.

Hosted by Leeds College of Art, the focus of the day will be on the journey of a young artist.  We are delighted to welcome Paul Carney to Leeds as our keynote speaker.   The day will include the opportunity to participate in a number of workshops which will explore and develop teachers’ knowledge and practical skills, ranging from big ideas for Key Stage 3 to Illustration and Ceramics.  The workshops will be led by local experts and will allow delegates the opportunity to experience some of the Leeds College of Art’s excellent facilities.

For full details of the day and to book your place, please visit Leeds for Learning.   There is a special discount for NQTs and students.  If you wish to book an NQT or student place, please visit here.
